Hi, I Am Sue Polidura
I am a conservative and local historian running for State Senate to ensure New Hampshire remains a place of opportunity to pursue the American dream. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, I've lived in New Hampshire for more than 40 years since serving at Pease Air Force Base.
I look forward to representing the voters in District 21 with a balanced perspective on the issues. I thank Martha Fuller Clark for her years of service, however, I am confident that I will bring a different voice to the office. I believe in strengthening New Hampshire’s legacy of a government that does not needlessly intrude on the rights of its citizens.
I have a bachelor’s degree from Granite State College and a master’s level certification in international business from Southern New Hampshire University. I've worked in industry and government, retiring in 2019 from Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, where I was a purchasing agent. I also serve on the Board of Directors of the Women’s City Club, a nonprofit dedicated to community service, and am an advocate for the preservation of Portsmouth’s North Cemetery.
